Consisting of 40 apartment units, a ground floor office space, and topped by a custom penthouse, this ground up new construction project is being built primarily out of concrete block, precast concrete, and light gauge metal framing, topped with green roofs and a solar array, and clad in fiber cement panels, as well as metal cladding that will weather to a pewter finish.  The lightweight structural system allows the six story building to rest on a shallow foundation system.  Wall and floor systems are being panelized off site and swung into place with crane. The project has a goal of achieving a LEED Silver rating, with the possibility of achieving LEED Gold.
