Our approach to planning goes far beyond the industry standard. Utilizing digital take-off software, and a customized estimating program, we prepare highly detailed estimates, from even the most minimal up front information. Preparing for construction, we utilize graphic information systems and imaging software to create straightforward and easy to understand logistics and phasing plans. These plans are used side-by-side with intricate critical path method schedules to ensure work is performed as quickly as possible.
EXECUTION

Paul Kroenke
Principal
Paul Kroenke has over 17 years of experience working for general contractors and construction managers throughout Chicago. During this time, he has estimated, scheduled, and managed some of the industry's most interesting, fast-paced, and complex projects.
Paul graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology in 2003 with a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering, and returned to IIT to earn his Master's in Construction Management.
During his collegiate career, Paul gained valuable experience working as a draftsman and lighting designer for a Chicago based MEP engineering firm. Prior to attending the Illinois Institute of Technology, Paul began his career in the trades as a painter at the age of 14.
