2229 S. Michigan is a renovation to a building in Chicago's Landmarked Motor Row District, involving providing a new roof and skylights, Terra Cotta Restoration at the existing facade, new windows and storefront at the Landmarked facade, structural repairs to the interior water damaged wood structure throughout the building, and a white box build out for two commercial spaces on the first and second floors, as well as eight office spaces on the third and fourth floors.
