630 W. Lake was a renovation & addition to an exist 18,000 square foot, 4 story building, and attached warehouse/garage space.  The building was previously home to Grand Stage Lighting, and was converted into 18 apartments on floors two through four, while providing four white box retail spaces on the ground floor and into the basement.
