Lawrence Lofts is the renovation of an existing 60,000 square foot, 8 story building.  The building was previously home to The Lorali, an SRO use, after originally being constructed as the Viceroy Hotel in 1926.  We are working to convert the building into 80 apartments on floors two through eight, while providing white box retail space on the ground floor, and adding a rooftop deck, while extending one elevator to the roof.
