A 14.5 acre site containing 35 fully occupied apartment buildings presented a unique phasing and scheduling challenge.  The owner set a requirement that only one parking lot could be out of commission at a time, while installing a new site-wide storm water sewer system, removing and replacing 90% of the property's sidewalks and curbs, re-paving all of the parking lots, and reworking all entry poitns to the site, while also updating the landscaping, and installing new playgrounds.
