The renovation of 1221 N. Lasalle included altering the facade to provide a more contemporary aesthetic, providing an expanded ground floor retail space, building out new offices on the second floor for The Building Group, and Trifactive Sports Injury & Performance Clinic, and eight new modern apartments on the third floor, complete with private balcony areas.

In securing the project, Kroenke provided value engineering services that saved Ownership approximately 17% off of the original bids for the project.  The project was completed in 2015 in approximately 9 months.
