This project was an existing 3 flat apartment building in Wicker Park that we are converted into a single family custom home.  The challenging renovation called for the removal and complete reconstruction of two end walls of the building, as well as removal and replacement of all floor structures, and cutting a large floor-to-ceiling window system into the south wall of the building.  In order to facilitate the difficult structural work, we performed all of the construction work from the top-down.
