This project was an existing 1,900 sqft condominium in a vintage high rise building on Lake Michigan in Chicago's Edgewater neighborhood.  The renovation updated finishes throughout the building, including a dramatic frosted glass wall separating the master bathroom from the master bedroom, new tile floors and walls in both bathrooms, new wood floors throughout, and a highly modern two-tone kitchen.  New light fixtures, including LED strip lighting were employed throughout to bring far more light to an otherwise underlit space.  Finishes throughout were selected with Lake Michigan in mind, bringing the previously dated condo up to Beach Chic modernity.
