Consisting of 14 apartment units, one ground floor white box retails space, and basement storage, this project is the construction of a 15,000 square foot new four-story building with basement.  The new building will be built on a mat slab, and will be constructed of cast-in place concrete for th basement, and CMU and wood trusses for the floors above ground.  The exterior of the building will be a combination of stone cladding, metal shingles, and metal panel accents.  Large window systems will be installed throughout, and the building will receive a rooftop deck and rooftop solar.
