Conversion of an existing half 3-story, half 1-story commercial building into a 4 story building with ground floor retail, four two bedroom, two bath apartments, and one large penthouse unit with two balconies on the top floor.  This 9,300 square foot renovation and addition will also receive rooftop solar.
