2005 S. Washtenaw was a long abandoned corner building in Chicago's Little Village Neighborhood.  Over the years, the windows had been broken out, the building had been covered in graffiti, and the original copper cornice had been stolen.  Kroenke, LLC was hired to renovate the building, creating 5 new apartments and a white box commercial space while restoring the facade, installing a simulated copper cornice and gutter, and installing new windows and storefront.

Kroenke, LLC was proud to provide our general contracting services for this project.
